A place in The Sun

There are many companies offering cheap inspection trips based off 4 or 5 days for £20 per person and upwards. Just be aware many firms mark up the prices of property for sale or do not offer much discount so they can get a large commission on the sale. Be careful as many such firms attend the place in the sun Exhibition held in London Excel annually (In April 2008)Some firms are based outside the UK in countries like Spain where very few regulations apply. Many would be property investors have experienced misselling from a number of these companies so never trust their salesman and do your own research.

Inspection Trip

Turkey Inspection trips range in price and quality. There is one particular 2 bed apartment for sale, in this region of Turkey, not far from Olu Deniz or Dalaman. Turkish mortgages should be available to Turks and foriegners alike, from January 2008, as the legislation was passed in 2007. This is the first time in Turkey that mortgages have been freely available and property prices will increase, as a result.
